1. Return Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Â

- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- If the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- If the return is made more than 7 days after delivery.

6. Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are partially refunded based on their current value.

8. Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
9. Shipping Returns: You are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items.
